parttition an HDD on a hopper 3

here we go my roomate loves to record a bunch of crap. i know i can make them a seperate folder on the hopper 3. i haven't really played around with that feature yet. but i am wondering if i can select how much space they can use and not fill up my HDD

All recordings are on the same partition, folders only organize.

Put a password on the Hopper and lock him out, or wholesale delete what he records immediately.
