Yes you can. When you enter Netflix on your H3 it will ask you to log in to your Netflix account. You do that and you are in.

Yes, I ger Netflix free thru T Mobile. No need to subscribe thru Dish.

Same as with the joey 4 as well. No need to sub to Netflix through dish
