I've had my new 622 receiver for little over a month now. I've noticed a couple of things that seem "off". Let me start by saying I currently live alone. This past weekend, I was cleaning up the DVR'd events and noticed there were several things there that I know I did not record. These were events in spanish mostly.
In cleaning up the junk, I noticed there was an event recorded from one of the adult channels. Seeing this, I pulled up the event history and saw that I will be charged $10.99 for the event, which was purchased at 2 AM on Wednesday morning, when I was sleeping like most decent folk. Also on the history was the De La Hoya fight, which showed to have been ordered at 2 AM on Saturday morning this past weekend, for $54.95. I called DISH and disputed these charges, and it sounds like they will be taken care of, but how does this happen? Any ideas? FYI, my box is plugged into the phone line.
