No, LAN is only for 360 play over games that support local connection multiplayer.
The closest you will come to what you are describing is when Shadowrun comes out it will be Live enabled for the PC, allowing people to play from their PC along with/against people on their 360s. This would allow your PC and your 360 to connect via Live to play, maybe they will allow local connection play via LAN with other PCs too.
