I suspect that sinclair and the other companies will prevail here but this situation has created discussion here before and i thought that some of you might want to know about this development.
 
Again unless a crime occured they wont lose a license... i think wor ( now wwor) was the last one revoked

I am not sure that it is necessary to prov e criminality to challenge a license. That certainly would doit but it is not the only thing that might precipitate a loss of license.

Maybe someone more familair with that process coud explain it better than I ever could.
 
You can challange all day long...its a long tough road to revocation...1st amendment rights come into play
