Philly local ABC 6 poor quality.

Moderate to heavy pixelation. Been that way for about a week on both tuners (612 and 211K). Anyone else have this problem?

yes, mine was bad too, my receiver just quit saturday,but for about a week before that it has been poor, i checked 6 abc OTA and it is nice and clear,its dish.

Dish has to monitor and sync its signal with hundreds of station feeds not a small task by any means.
