Anyone know anything about stations and their trasmitters?

I was never able to get the Philly PBS (WHYY) or UPN (WPSG) digital feeds. I have not changed anything in my setup, but now I'm getting both at 70%+.

Did these stations in Philly up their power or something?

WHYY I know and I think UPN went up on the new ch 10 tower about 1 year ago. If you drive north on the Shurkill Parkway, when you get to the Roxborough exit look towards the river and ch 10's new tower in the 1 with the 3 legs extending out from the top.
