Phone connection

I have a 811 with the phone line hooked up but in the system info it says it is not even tho when somebody calls it comes up on the caller ID on the TV.
Any ideals suppose to get my 622 install tomorrow (if they do not cancel again)and do not want to get charged the no phone line connected charge.

A little bit more information on your phone provider may be helpful. If you use a VoIP provider such as Vonage, Packet8, SunRocket, etc. you may need to alter some settings on the VoIP side or have the receiver dial a prefix before dialing out. Getting Caller ID information on incoming calls is only half of the equation and my 510 was able to do that with Vonage but not make calls. Once I added the *99 prefix though it was able to do both. You may need to do more, less, or nothing at all.
