PIP?

I have had E* for 8 years and been a member here for for quite some time as well so I aplogize in advance for what is sure to be seen as a NEWB question.

I have "played" with PIP just to see how it worked but never really "used" it. With both my Celtics and Bruins playing tonight I want to use it. One thing has me confuesd. When in PIP how do you change the channel on tuner 2? I can't find an easy way to do this. Thanks in advance for any help, I have the 622.

The only way I know how is to do a swap.

Active Browse, put in second channel number, when it shows in banner, push pip button. It does not matter if pip is already active.
