Is anyone else expieriencing MAJOR pixilization? I am running the RCA DirecTivo, I got it sometime in the summer, I'm worried the harddrive might be getting bad, or is directv having difficulties?

Is your unit hooked up to the phone for housekeeping? How full is it? If pretty full, you could try deleting the least important recordings and comparing. Is your unit OEM or upgraded (HD capacity)?
