Pixelation on ABC

Is anyone else having pixelation issues on channel 9 ABC? It started a few weeks ago and it's very noticable on recordings. I'm in Florida and no recent rain or severe weather events. Other channels seem to be okay.

Channel 9 ABC is from Orlando, WFTV.

Are these recordings from satellite or OTA?
I realize my location, which is central KY does not matter to you. My network recordings from satellite are fine.
Hopefully, some fellow Floridians who live close to The Villages will respond. Meanwhile, giving this station a call may be helpful.
