Pixelation on HD Directv H20-100

I am using a Directv H20-100 HD receiver. When I tune to an HD channel it comes in crystal clear only for a few seconds then it turnes to grey pixelation. The standard definition channels work flawlessy. I am using the slimline dish with 5 LNB's and 4 outputs to receivers. I have a Directv D10 in the other room and I am having no problems with it. When I try repeating the Satellite setup oh the H20 it says the B-band converter is required, I have the B-band converter on the back of the receiver. I changed channels from Nickelodian to the History channel and the bottom portion of the screen stayed on Nick and the top portion changed to History the audio was mixed. Any ideas on what my problem is?

It's possible that the B Band Converter is failing.
Also, check the signal strengths on the HD satellites (99c and 103c).

I was thinking the same thing, I checked signal and its in the 90's on both KA sats. Thanks
