Pixilation on A&E and History channel on Roku

I seem to have a lot of pixilation on these 2 on roku. Is this common with roku on these 2 channels?

My starts out pixelated for about 30 seconds or so and then switches to a better stream quality.

yup. I remember when it first came out that was one of the biggest gripes.

I've noticed the newer episodes do that but the older ones were pretty bad the whole time
