Playmaker duel

I am unable to get my playmaker to pick up a satellite signal. I get code 151.
it is in a clear view of the southern sky. I have not dropped the dish in any way.
can you please help

See if you can take it back and get a Winegard Pathway X2.

When you power up the Playmaker with your receiver(s), does the Mobile Antenna Setup screen appear at all?
