I just turned on my 622 and I have a message that my hard drive is corrupt and to delete entire drive. Sorry for the inconveinence.

WTF? Is ths for real? I have tons of programming on this thing. No problems with unit prior, sits on a laptop cooler and all.

I tried 2 soft and then 2 hard reboots with no success, finally hit the delete button. Unit restarted and all my programming is there.

Version 365 has been on the unit for about 2 weeks with no other issues.

What is going on. Is my drive failing?

I had the same message this evening. I had to turn off the unit and then unplug it. Everything was fine when it restarted.

I am hoping this is something with the software and my hard driveis okay. I also have some programming on the drive that I would prefer not to lose.

I saw that too, I get the feeling it was on the inaccessable part of the drive .. aka the on demand/special feature area.. because when I went to my recordings they were the other option (the special feature thing) was grayed out again.

Question for installers...
