Please help! Tailgating question

I am a noob with limited tech savvy. I need some tailgating help. We have a 411 reciever. I don't know what kind of dish is on my parents house but it has 3 lnb's. We are looking for another dish that we can use for tailgating, but I don't know which one to get. We need local channels, espn/espn2, and fox sports southwest. We are looking to buy a used one cause we don't have a lot in the budget for it. Please help. Thanks

You need a Dish 1000, 1000.2 or 1000.4.

All you need is a dish 500 as long as High Drfinition isn't needed. You can watch the channels you listed in SD from a dish 500 except possibly your local channels. The local channels will be determined by how far from home you are. The dish 500 looks at 2 satellites instead of the 3 satellites the 1000 looks at, so it is easier to aim.

If you really want an easy setup buy The Tailgater. You'd have to get a 211k receiver though. The 411 wouldn't work with it.
