Police: Cross-dresser stole drinks, tried to bite employee

Sioux Falls Police are looking for an individual believed to be a man dressed as a woman who attempted to steal a bottle of rum and cola drinks at Lewis Drug at 2700 W. 12th St. The guy was about 300 pounds and wore a black dress. Someone's got to know who that might be. (Argus Leader)
