Would love to take the time to go investigate this but "the boss" controls the finances and would frown on in her eyes "yet another new tv!" 
Ive seen some early reporting from the Q9 flagship from a calibrator, Id recommend a Sony 940E or ZD9.
I had last year Q7 for about a week. It was awful off center viewing and HDR was terrible. I understand this years Q9 is suppose to be better all around but the fact you will be able to tell a difference off angle viewing just doesn’t cut it. The motion on Samsung has gotten worse over the last several years too.
