Just curious if I change my HDMI cable that I have now with the HDMI that came in the D* Box will I see any improvement in the PQ when it comes to ESPN and ESPN 2

No. There will be no difference. All HDMI cable provide the same picture quality. Of course, companies like Monster would like you to think otherwise. All HDMI cable meet the minimum standards to pass the digital information. The signal that is passed to the TV isn't even a picture until the TV assembles it. So, any HDMI cable will give the exact same result. Hope this helps!
