Portland, Oregon MPEG4 channels????

Does anyone know when all 4 MPEG4 channels will be available on Directv? Right now only NBC and FOX are available and of course CBS and ABC are the ones I get picture drops on . So, until all four channel are available or the OTA on the new HDDVR is activated, I will need to keep the H10. Raining season is coming, so I hope it won't be long.
