Possible new subscriber - Hopper 3 questions

Hello. Contemplating the switch from Charter to Dish, but I had afew questions.

Does the Hopper require a hard wire connection to the internet for VOD, or does it support wifi?
Can you manually ff through commercials PTAT recorded before the automatic skip date?
When using the dish anywhere app/website can you bring up the guide, ask it to just show you movie channels, then select ones you want to record?

Those are the main 3 things I'm curious about.. I haven't seen alot of reviews of the dish anywhere functionality, so if there is one, please let me know

Hi, The Hopper does support wifi (both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz).

Yes, you can manually FF through commercials (Dish also has a 30 sec skip ahead button) before the PTAT auto-skip takes effect.

Yes, Dish Anywhere has a button for selecting Movies (also DVR, Shows, Sports, and Networks) and you can select which ones to record.
