During a recent facility inspection, Facility Engineers have found it necessary to correct a power issue that affects your server. This emergency maintenance is necessary in order to continue to provide your servers with our high end availability offerings.
An emergency maintenance window has been scheduled for Friday, September 9th, 2005, from 05:00 to 07:00 CST, during which time this work will be performed. We anticipate this maintenance to take approximately 30-45 minutes, and not the entire duration.
We do not expect to experience any service interruptions. Just in case a service interruption does occur please make sure that you have updated your server passwords in Orbit. This will ensure that our NOC engineers are able to address any problems that might be encountered in a timely fashion.
