They were always polite with my C-band needs, had no issues with ordering HITS programming (sometimes their packages varied from the ones at programming center)... and, they used-to be the only place that carried Birdview upgrade packages (if that tells you anything about how long I've used them as a source for hardware.) They are by no means the ONLY supplier I've bought-from, but I have nothing but good words ABOUT them.
