Potential New Roof and moving my Dish and Antenna

Whoa! look at that dinosaur!! Curious why you have an International Dish and why it's still using that old DP Technology
I had international channels in 2007 when my 1000+ dish was installed. I have two Hopper 3s thru a DPH42 switch. Everything is working great so see no reason to swap out my dinosaur dish.

Being in maintenance management and following many safety sites, I cannot count the number of times I see stories where, after the fact, the "obvious" is not so "obvious" !

Do the one call. No matter what. If you make the call and there is a mistake, it is on the one-call system. If you do not and something is missed, it can and likely will cost you indivually a fotune
Wow, if I would have worked this way I would have never gotten anything done. I really recall only one time where a ph. line was an issue, way back with a c-band at the post hole. Otherwise for a pole mount you have a small area of penetration that just on odds is very unlikely to impact anything, and for the coax back to the house I only buried that a max of 4-6" deep, generally above the depth of utilities.

Agreed. Like I said, if there's any doubt than make the call, but in most cases, you can see where the gas and water and power and cable runs to the house.

A New H3 Issue?
