You guys are making me feel so much better about my decision to keep my 61.5 dish and get just the 500+ for my locals....I get 95 plus on the 61.5 most of the time...

These are satellites guys... They have limited onboard power.. you cant just "CRANK IT UP" to full ;0 They would turn up what they could afford to certainly, but they do have limits to work within. It is highly likely that dish will seek permission to move E6 there any day to remedy the situation.

What does this thread have to do with the 61.5' satellite ??
Nothing except that I had the choice of going with the 129 or keeping my 61.5 when I was set up with my 622's. I went back and forth on the decision and I'm glad I kept the two dish solution. Is that enough of an explanation?

I see no signal increase.
However some channels were moved from weaker TP's to
stronger ones.
Example Filmfest was TP 3 then TP 6 it is now on TP 31
Signal level is about 10 points higher.

Can you give us an example, Hall is having a hard time with this concept.

And What was the result of this move of programming from Transponder 3 to Transponder 6 for you jenec2000?

Makes perfect sense to me. Not sure why others have trouble following it.
