Powering Up....and NOTHING...

Hi all..

My direct tv tivo unit just keeps saying powering up and never moves from that screen...I bet, this means its shot...now..if it is...i have to get the new model. the DVR PLUS, how is it?? and...there is prob no way of getting the shows of the TIVO's HD??

If D-TV wants to send one my way for 99 bucks or less...but 299?? Ill stick with the SD one...
