Glad to see I was not the only one to think that the PPV cert situation makes no sense. Here's hoping this thread shakes things up.

So how do you get these PPV certs?
Is it only for referring new customers since I have never been offered any in the 2 years I have been with Dish.

I received a opt in e-mail about a 8-12 months about a Dish Network Research panel thing. About 6 months ago they started up the research panel. Basically they send me an e-mail, I watch some videos and answer some questions. if I reply to all the tasks, I get free ppv coupons. Older ones that I have were due to some billing errors that they gave me PPV to make me happy.
