Problems with 77 again? Local nets gone

All Harrisburg/Lancaster PA locals off the air at about 7:15am and now with the "do not call us, we know there's a problem" message on each of them. Did somebody break something again?

I am showing that this is a problem we are aware about. No ETA but they are working on a resolution.

Pittsburgh locals are OK. They are on 77.
