PPV coupon and HD question?

I recently signed someone up wi the CLub Dish and got the 5 free PPV coupons and was not sure if I can use these for the HD PPV channel. I know the coupons will not fully cover the price of a hd PPV movies but I can either use two or pay the difference, so does anyone know?
P.S. Is Casino Royale OAR on the HD PPV channel?

Yeah, you can use them and pay the difference. It just takes the price of a regular SD PPV movie off your bill.
