PPV Ordering Trouble

Never had this happen on my Hopper before. I went to order the All Day movie The Good Dinosaur for my kids to watch. I pressed Rent then it gave me a screen to call Customer Service. I checked my internet connection and it was fine so I rebooted my Hopper, tried again and got the same message.

Am I missing something here?
