I've only purchased two HD movies (new releases) in the past few months, but have had the same issues on both. They have been actual downloads to the HDD, that I waited to complete. Once starting both there were periodic flickers during the movie which resulted in a quality change. Reminds me of the old Netflix adaptive streaming where you'd see a flicker as is adjusted PQ up or down depending on your speed. Problem here is I paid a good amout of money and downloaded a full file, there should be no PQ changes. Its quite obvious when it happens because of the flicker, and the PQ reduction is easily seen.
