I live in NYC and have had FIOS for about 3-4 years. I have a FIOS triple play package and am out of contract. Actually the package I have is old and not even offered any longer. Last week a friend who lives a few blocks away said their bill went up and they called to complain. I called last year to complain when I was out of contract and they weren't interested in reducing my bill. I have 2 questions. Has Verizon been raising their fees and has anyone been successful in complaining and getting a price reduction? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Time Warner is my only other option.
