Ive called Dish a couple times and have always get a different answer, So in turn I know you guys can help. Im going to list my recievers and the package I have and i want to know a final monthly price(minus all promotions)

3.722(hooked up to phone line)

There should be no #3 $5.00 receiver fee, because that one is included in the monthly service of $97.99, but there will be a month dvr fee of $5.98 per month.

Amer everything waves dvr charge. $5 is for locals....722 is not charged additional tuner fee connected or not if activated as first receiver.....222 $7 HD receiver... no additional tuner fee if phone connected, otherwise +$5.... $5.99 DHPP after 9 mo. is optional. There is more than 1 printed guide choice?????

the monthly program guide (huge as tvguide style book for the whole month) is 4.25 a month. its actually pretty nice to have, as it lists all movies and descriptions of all movies played that month as well as what channel and what time

the 5.00 tv2 connection fee is only waived if he has dish dvr advantage on his account. you can have AEP without being a "dda" customer. if he does not have it, he can enroll in it with credit card autppay/paperless billing or 24 month commit.
