Someone please check my figures as I get different ones from each CSR I ask.
I signed up with dish about a year ago and got a leased 522DVR and 322 for 4 TV's with top 120, HBO, Showtime, and locals.
My current bill:
44.99 Top 120 With locals
5.00 Additional receiver fee
5.98 DVR service fee
5.99 Dish Home Protection
22.99 HBO and Showtime
.50 State tax
85.45 a month total
I have ordered a 622DVR Lease upgrade. Dish said I could swap out either receiver so I choose to swap out the 322 for the 622DVR. After the upgrade I will have a leased 622DVR and 522DVR. I wanted comparable programming with HD so I choose Dish Silver plus HBO and Showtime and locals. I was told my bill would be:
59.99 HD Silver
5.00 locals
5.00 Additional receiver fee
5.98 DVR service fee for the 622
5.98 DVR service fee for the 522
5.99 Dish Home Protection
22.99 HBO and Showtime
.50 State tax
111.43 a month total
I have read if you subscribe to HD Platinum you do not have to pay the DVR fee. If that is true would this be correct If I switch to HD Platinum?
