This is the only channel that has picture-quality problems. I live in Corona (92879) and wondered if anyone is having this problem with KCET?

Besides low signal strength and occasional signal loss (we are 60 miles from Mt Wilson) the picture quality for channel 28 is excellent. They do have two programs coming over their digital signal - one carries the SD program and the other their HD programming.

No. I just have SD TVs' - I only see ch. 28. I have been watching Masterpiece Theater for the past few Sundays, and the picture gets really dark. Sometimes I see little snowflakes. It look like I'm watching it through an ariel antenna. ?!?

I get it in awesome quality and I'm in 92883 (off Temescal Cyn.). 028-01 and 028-02.
