problem with 811 receiver

I am getting rectangular boxes across the top of my screen, 2 rows, 14 each row. I don't have the problem watching DVD's, so it has to be a receiver problem. The boxes are green and grey in color. I turned the receiver and tv off several times, but they're still there. Has anyone else had this problem?
