XM titles show up just fine on my Toshiba DST-3100 but no longer as of today on my D-10. Yes I have rebooted several times. D* support is even more frustrating because they admit that the D-10 now only displays titles occasionally and claim that's just the way the service works.

So I said, well the DST show the titles always. CSR: Oh well, that's just the way it works, can I up sell you to a H20? NO! I did not call about an HD receiver issue. Are these people getting dumber at D*? What's worse is that they can only add comments to your account! D* does not even have an sub issues database to expedite these complaints. What's next, hello I am Robert from India? We don't give a crap about your problem? I just experienced this with Dell recently.

I'll will tell you that I am all into outsourcing support. You don't fix my problem within 30 days, I will never buy your service or product again. With Charter Digital running fiber up my block, yeah been with D* since 97, I am probably going to leave D*, especially after the D* TC+ price increase effective Mar 1. Idiots!

I agree with you about the customer service. I don't actually care about the titles, but if it bothers you they should fix it. I just got rid of my DST because it failed after 4 yrs.

I had the same experience with dell. Took me 75 minutes to get any help, they PROMISED me a new component, and when I get it, it's refurbed. I call back and they say that's the way it works, and I can't understand one of them. It's quite annoying, but it's the way of the world. These companies see the bottom line, and the fact is, it's easy to save money on customer service.
