Problem with Dish Customer Service Number

I tried to report the [thread=138105]spot beam outage[/thread] to customer support today. When I called 800-333-3474 from my cell, I heard a promo for going green. I called back and heard another one that says laughter is a good medicine. Both of these messages say to press 9 for more info. I did on one of them and was told to look for a text message. The message was from limbo.com, the "world's largest mobile entertainment community". I immediately opted out. I called from my land line and heard a promo for ABC.com. Can anyone else confirm this?
