Problem with Dishanywhere??? HELP!

I'm trying to use dishanywhere. I had to download new software which seemed to go ok but I end up with a window that says initializing. The "bar" on that window loads but that's all she wrote, can't get it to work--that window just sits there.

Are you using the site or the App? Is this happening when attempting to watch Live TV or recordings?

It's been happening for a long time, many browsers on various Operating Systems, keep trying though, mine has not worked for a month for the same reason but works now. It has been hit or miss for me for a long time.
