Problem With Great Wall Channels

Tonight while girlfriend and her mother were watching Chinese TV the channel they were watching kept going out. Happened several times. The word encrypted would appear after a black screen, then the picture would come back, and then later the audio. I cannot communicate with my girlfriend's mother who speaks only chinese. Very frustrating. Went into another room with girlfriend and she started watching on another TV and several channels were out with a message displayed from Dish saying there was a problem, they were aware of it and doing there best to restore the channels as soon as possible. I wonder what happened?

There is a known issue right with several of the channels in the Great Wall package. Hopefully they'll be up and running soon
