Problem with hd tivo stuck in record

Just got a call from my parents and am unable to help fix the problem with their hd tivo h10 250.

In their to do list, there is a program dated 7/24 with a red dot stuck in record and can not remove it from to do list and now playing list.

it was set up as a season pass.

any suggestions?

I had this problem a week ago. After I restarted the receiver it was back to normal.

Yes, I had the same problem about 2 weeks ago and resetting the system did the trick.

It also worked when my receiver was having trouble calling that local number for updates.

I would try the reset option once or twice more. If this does not work, call D* Technical Assistance.

unplug the receiver for a couple minutes.
