In early April Dish upgraded our Local (Columbus, OH) channels to HD. Since then we haven't been able to get the standard or HD channel. I get a really nice blue screen that says there is no need to contact Dish Network. They know about the issue and are working on it.
After spending several hours on the phones with the support folks in the Philippines I'm no closer to getting the problem resolved than I was before.
Thought someone on here might have some additional info.
