I haven't point the dish to another satellite just to test. The other side of the building is just a slope going down same hill. I have no portable dish and I'm not planning go there anyway. I think I will concentrate for now in the 2.4m dish motorizing. By the way guys... Do you know about a good FTA satellite gear dealer in Texas or New Mexico?. I will look for an 36V actuator and maybe a Polar Mounting Structure, like this :http://sadoun.com/Sat/Products/S/Dishes/SD240PM-Polar-Mount.htmI already have the VBox7 Actuator Controller, but the Polar Mount Structure, Store doesn't have it in stock (they don´t know when). So I´m looking for other dealers...Thanks for your help.

I live in northern calif. and have a fixed 4' offset dish on 125 ku . Most channels such a create, world etc on vertical are error free. The shared channels on Horizontal such as HD04 change level depending on who is using them. Probably a 6' solid prime focus dish would be best. When a replacement KU LNB arrives for my 6' dish will test on PBS. If I lived in Mexico would have a dual feed BUD.

Would you aim a BUD in St Louis MO for $150 ?
