Problems with Dish Android App connecting to home dvr

Since I got the android app, it's had trouble connecting to my dvr at home giving me a page about needing to have the dvr hooked up to the internet etc. I have no trouble connecting through dishonline.com--it's just the app. Doesn't matter if it's on a wireless network or 3G...always the same error.

Any ideas?

Yea I get this alot....I know when the "live TV" buttton on top left dosent pop on...Im gona get that message....I just keep messin with it.....The best way is hit the HD only button, and alot of times when I go back to all, the live TV button appears.....
