Problems With Installs Inc?

This is a question for all Voomers out there. With all the problems I see customers having with Installs Inc. why doesn't Voom have their authorized dealers do installs and service calls for them? I mean then it would be local companies doing the work not one based out of NY covering the whole country. I am a dealer in centeral Fl and I strive for customer satisfaction. Any thoughts on this idea?

I had a very good install with Voom in St. Louis. I read these
messages everyday and there seems to be a very negative group of
people who just like to complain. I will agree there are quirks with
Voom but overall I am very plesed with Voom and there customer
service.

I'm a local dealer and also a certified sbca installer for
the northern Illinois & southern Wisconson areas. So if any
that are intersested in getting voom please reply back for
the areas that I cover.

I am a charter subscriber. I signed up about a year ago- last
winter. Here in the Chicago area, mine was installed by a company
called Adant Wireless. They were a class act the whole time, and
they bent over backwards to make me happy.

If anyone in the Chicago area is on the fence about getting Voom due
to some of the installs issues elsewhere in the country, I say get
off the fence and use your hdtv the way it was meant to be used.
You won't be disappointed. Voom is the real deal, and it just keeps
getting better and better.

you must have been on of the luck ones with adant wireless cause if you look in the chicago forum there not getting very good ratings right now with all of the no show.

was happy every time.

I checked out the Chicago area comments at satguys about Adant, and
it appears that they have had a couple of no-shows, but, for the
most part, the messages were very positive. Looks to me like you
have a hidden agenda.....
