Program guide on 222k

at my parents house only goes out about a day and half. They have the box hooked into a phone line, no internet there.

I keep having to "update guide info.-error 330" from "error 318-your guide information is out of date". They got dish installed 3 weeks ago and I'm just befuddled as to why it does this as at my house on the 722 I get listings for a week at a time.

Your help would be appreciated.

Since the 222 is not a DVR you only get the 44 hour guide

DVR units get the extended guide (9 days if I remember)
