Is it worth to connect my 622 receiver to my network? It seems many are having difficulty connecting wireless due to not having the right usb adapter. So those of you who have connected to their network...what does dish offer for free in terms of programming current tv shows? any free movies? sports?...just curious so i can decide if it is worth it....thanks to all who respond.

ps...what usb adapters are confirmed to work on the 622?

Many current TV downloads are free. Some charge $1 SD, $2 HD

any free movies?
Yes, lots

sports?
It is there, but its UFC, bull riding, mountain biking, surfing,....

The two big things you get are DishOnline which gives you a lot of programs to watch online for free. And the ability to program your DVR via Sling online - vastly improved to programming vs remote.

USB adapters produce mixed results. TrendNet 647 Gaming Adapter via CAT 5/6 was a breeze to set up and maintains a solid connection 24/7. Found online for $30 delivered.
