Hello Everyone,

I am faced with a problem that I need help. Could you please give me any suggestion that you may have?

At work I need to test many LNBs at the one time. 20 at the time or even more.
Everything has to be done indoors.

Normally I connect the LNB to the receiver and to the dish, then find the satellite. If I get the channel I assume the LNB is working, otherwise it is not….

I check 4 different channels that are on vercial/horizontal polarization and either on one satellite or the other.

My question are:

1. How do I connect all those LNB’s together. What kind of switch would I use?
I was thinking to use a switch where I manually chose which coax to test ( or which LNB)

2. How can I simulate satellite signal indoors that is low in power for LNB’s
I would need something wireless I assume, but I am not sure what.

If you have ANY suggestions please post…
Thank you for reading my post

I think this is just for tunning when trying to find two satellites. i.e Starchoice users need to find two birds Anik F2 and Anik E2.....

It also helps you diagnose problems with your lnbf's and switches without having to connect them to the receiver.

i see...i need something more powerfull....50 units at once....
what about vireless source....

thats a tough one...I can't find anything that would simulate noise at that frequency.... am I looking at a dead end....?!

What's the difference in UHF Pro 6.0 and 8.0?

522 optical out surround 5.1 dolby sound?
