So I was on my PS3 this morning and I noticed that it pulled up the Genie as a media server under the video bar. When I clicked on it it said HR20 Playlist and when I clicked on that it said to activate something in order to play a show. After I did that I went and tried to play, let's say The Newsroom, and it said "This data type is not supported). So is there any way to actually watch my DVR recordings on my PS3 or is it there just for show?

I am in no way shape or form an expert, but my Internet tvs and media server identify my DVRs as well. However, the DVRs are encrypted and media cannot be accessed from them.

the ps3 rvu client is not available yet, but anything dlna complient should be able to see playlists, my living room tv shows it as well.
