Pub Membership paid to Sept. 2015, yet locked out since I changed my email address

On 9/11/13, I paid for a two year pub membership.

Since I changed my profile to show my new email address, I have been locked out of the pub.

Two emails to "Contact Us" have gone unanswered.

Please honor my pub membership.

unfortunately that is a quirk in the software. It did it to me too when I changed e-mail addresses (and I was staff at the time)

Yup its a BUG in the vBulletin software. (grr)
